Answer the phones please.  Answer them all the time and on the first or second ring!  NO EXCUSES!   If you can’t answer, don’t answer or won’t answer then do something!  Use a live answering service if ANY of your calls are going into vmail or ring no answer.  One missed admission can pay for the answering service for 6 months or more.  These missed calls are costing you a lot of money.   Why are we telling you to answer the phones?  Because we test rehab lines all the time and they aren’t getting answered.  We know this when we listen to the calls……or should we say the recordings of people trying to reach you.  Many times drug rehabs aren’t even providing voice recordings that pick up the caller.


OK you don’t have to have the brand name of a Lamborghini but you want to be known as a reliable brand that provides quality treatment and this starts by answering the phones.  As with any company or business trust is what eliminates risk.  If we eliminate risk the likelihood of customer acquisition is much greater.  This is why branding is so important, it starts with the brand and permeates throughout the business as well as all previous clients who become brand ambassadors.

We can’t tell you how often we get push back and prospects and clients will say “we answer all our calls,” or “we have the best admissions people.”   This is all well and good but the TRUTH is the TRUTH and chances are you aren’t picking up the phones.  Here’s a solution.  Call Davinci and hire them for 2 or 3 months and have them answer the phones for you.  What happens next is your business will close more admissions.
